The HTC1620 is a shear type wire and cable cutter. Straight blades provide clean cuts on multiconductor cable up to 3/8" diameter and hook-up wire up to 10 AWG. Spring return limits user fatigue by re-opening blades after cut. Includes locking lever to keep blades closed when not in use. Steel construction and plastic coated handles.
