L-com Successfully Passes ISO 9001-2008 Recertification Audit

NORTH ANDOVER, MA – August 4, 2011 – L-com, Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of wired and wireless connectivity products, has passed its first independent ISO 9001-2008 recertification audit since it upgraded from ISO 9001-2000 three years ago. Passing this audit allows L-com to maintain its ISO 9001-2008 certification which ensures quality manufacturing and customer service.

The International Organization for Standardization outlines and maintains the ISO 9001-2008 standard. The standard specifies requirements for a quality management system. L-com conducts many internal audits throughout the year to continually improve its processes and ensure its customers’ satisfaction.
