In stock and ready to ship today, L-com's Profinet TRGPC line of outdoor, industrial cables are designed for extreme applications where rugged, shielded cables are required. They feature moisture, oil, chemical and ultra-violet resistant jackets and are designed for PLTC Profinet rated applications. The TRGPC404 series is built with stranded 22AWG conductors that are fit for Profinet Type B or C applications and are PoE 802.3 compliant. They are flex rated for 1 million and 10 million cycles at 10x and 20x the cable OD respectively. Available connector combinations include RJ45 plugs as well as popular, industrial 4 position M12 D-code connectors in both male and female. M12 connector options are IP67 waterproof sealed when mated properly and feature ruggedized metal shells that are perfect for industrial applications.
TRGPC404-10M is a 4 pole, D-code M12 male/plug to 4 pole, D-code M12 male/plug Category 5e, Profinet cable that is 10.0 meters in length. Its high-flex, industrial, outdoor TPE jacket is UL AWM 2463, PLTC (power limited tray cable) and CL3 rated. It has resistances to moisture, UV (sunlight), oils and weld spatter. It is PoE 802.3 compliant and has a dynamic temperature range of -40° to +80°C. Double shielded SF/UTP construction with overall foil and braid shields protects your application from data destroying EMI and RFI.
The TRGPC family of cables at L-com is appropriate for Profinet Type B or C applications. Type B is for installations where flexing may be present and cables must withstand occasional motion and vibrations. Type C is for specialized applications, generally high flex and/or continuous motion, where cables must withstand movement in a dynamic environment.
