This device requires a 5 VDC ± 0.2 V power supply, a < 150 mA working current, and has a detection range of 10-1000 ppm (O3). The ozone (O3) gas sensor module has 4 pin male header which allows for easy integration into gas detection devices. This SRAQ-G015-B sensor module has a analog and TTL level output modes and it operates at temperatures ranging from -10 to 50 Degrees C.
