Some harsh environments require protection beyond the capabilities of PVC. Halar (thermoplastic fluoropolymer) insulated cable provides excellent thermal characteristics, electrical properties, and chemical resistance. Cable construction features (15) 24 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors, overall aluminum/mylar shield with 24 AWG drain wire, and Halar insulated conductors and clear cable jacket. Choose from 100, 500, or 1,000 foot put-ups. L-com will manufacture cable assemblies featuring plenum cable with modest minimum requirements.
