TSPC6AS52-25PK is a high performance, 10g Cat6a rated RJ45 plug that allows users to terminate cable with large diameter insulation or conductor size. These plugs will terminate conductors in a range of 0.048" to 0.052" (1.22mm to 1.32mm). This allows for connectorization of cables that are typically too big for a standard RJ45 plug to handle such as Industrial, Outdoor, Riser and Plenum cables which sometimes have thicker than typical insulation and/or larger gauges ranging from 22AWG to 24AWG. The plug is rated for full 10gigabit, Category 6a Ethernet applications.

TSPC6AS52-25PK is packaged in a 25 pack and each plug comes with a load bar for easy and consistent termination. It can be terminated with standard style crimp tools as long as the crimper crimps the contacts and secondary strain relief simultaneously. The plug works equally well with solid and stranded conductors and the radiused entry helps keep Ethernet's twisted pairs in place for consistent performance and throughput.

TSPC6AS52-25PK series is fully 360° shielded for protection from data destroying EMI and RFI interferance. The shield ears on the rear of the connector provide a quick and easy way to ground the connector as your cables shielding and/or drain wire can easily be wrapped under the ears and crimped down for a solid connection that doesn't require solder. It also provides extra strain relief. If your crimper isn't designed for shield ears, then simple pliers may be required to close the ears.

TSPC6AS52-25PK is rated for at least 1,000 insertion/extraction cycles and its contacts are 50um gold over 100um nickel plating for longevity and quality.
