TSPC6U48 is a high performance Cat6 rated RJ45 plug that allows users to terminate cable with large diameter insulation or conductor size. These plugs will terminate conductors in a range of .044" to .048" (1.12mm to 1.22mm). This allows for connectorization of cables that are typically too big for a standard RJ45 plug to handle such as Industrial, Outdoor, Riser and Plenum cables which sometimes have thicker than typical insulation and/or larger gauges ranging from 22AWG to 24AWG. The plug is rated for full gigabit, Category 6 Ethernet applications.

TSPC6U48 is individually packaged and comes with a load bar for easy and consistent termination. It can be terminated with standard style crimp tools as long as the crimper crimps the contacts and secondary strain relief simultaneously. The plug works equally well with solid and stranded conductors and the radiused entry helps keep Ethernet's twisted pairs in place for consistent performance and throughput.

TSPC6U48 is rated for at least 1,000 insertion/extraction cycles and its contacts are 50um gold over 100um nickel plating for longevity and quality.
