These ruggedized Category 5e or Category 6 RJ45 receptacles are transversely sealed and carry an IP68 rating even with no mate or dust cap. They are designed to work with L-com's line of ruggedized RJ45 plugs but will mate to a standard RJ45. These parts are designed to be built with cables that have an outer diameter of .190-.270 or .271-.330 inches. The Zinc-Nickel and Electroless Nickel version contain an EMI grounding plate to ensure full grounding of shielded RJ45 cables. Dust caps are included.
