Bulgin's SA3242 connector insert from L-com is part of the mini buccaneer series and is designed for power applications. This connector features 4 female socket contacts with a screw termination type, offering secure and reliable connections. The contacts are nickel-plated with a contact resistance of 5 mOhm. It supports a maximum voltage of 380V and a maximum current of 5A, making it suitable for low to medium power needs.

This connector insert is built with a durable polyamide body and includes a nitrile O-ring for added sealing. Its design ensures strong resistance to environmental elements, with IP66, IP68, and IP69K ratings for water and dust protection. It meets UL94V-0 flammability standards and offers UV resistance in compliance with EN 500021:1999.

This connector performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C and passes the EN60068-2-52 test Kb salt mist (Marine Severity Level 1).
