L-com makes it easy to boost your performance with our FCC certified WiFi PoE amplifier kits. Available to our customers in the USA, these amplifier kits can be purchased without any special FCC licenses or FCC forms to fill out.

The HAKIT-GE-500 FCC certified PoE amplifier kit features our 500 mW 802.11b/g bi-directional PoE amplifier. This amplifier features HyperLink's Active Power Control which monitors the amplifier's output power and automatically adjusts to provide maximum output power regardless of cable length.

Add the power of PoE!

The HA2401RTGE amplifier in this kit feature a built-in Power-Over-Ethernet interface. This allows the amplifier to receive its power by the same CAT5 cable used to pass Data and Power to an additional PoE device. This eliminates the need for an additional DC Injector and coax cable, simplifying installation. For non-PoE applications, the amplifier can be powered by an optional 12VDC power supply which can be purchased separately.

This kit is designed for indoor use only and includes:

• 500 mW 802.11b/g indoor PoE amplifier with reverse polarity TNC connectors and PoE interface
• 2 dBi rubber duck antenna
• 802.11g USB wireless Ethernet adapter
• Installation CD with drivers and wireless utility

USB Adapter Information and Driver

The USB 802.11g adapter included with this kit is a L-com WLAN-LCUSB-03. This adapter features a reverse polarity SMA antenna port for use with the included rubber duck antenna. For proper operation, the drivers and wireless utility included on the CD in the kit must be installed. Note: The USB wireless adapter included with this kit is factory set to operate on channel 6 only.
