When I told him I already had your 864A cable tester, he patiently explained how I might test each section of my system to isolate the bad cable. Then, after I ran the diagnostics and was ready to order some new cable, a second call to a different tech support person involved him first making sure I was ordering the proper item, then filling the order easily and quickly.
