The help I received from your Tech Support dept. was certainly extraordinary and crucial to getting me back online. Your tech support rep spent a good half-hour with me first diagnosing the problem and then suggesting ways it might be solved. When I told him I already had your 864A cable tester, he patiently explained how I might test each section of my system to isolate the bad cable. At no time did he "push" any product on me, or try to leave me without a complete plan of action. Then, after I ran the diagnostics and was ready to order some new cable, a second call to a different tech support person involved him first making sure I was ordering the proper item, then filling the order easily and quickly.
