L-com's male-female filtered adapters are a viable solution for companies that need to rework (retrofit) existing designs in their effort to reduce data destroying EMI/RFI. Easy installation and low cost have saved many engineers from costly re-designs. Similar to standard socket savers, except these adapters add a 820pf capacitor that is soldered to each contact for instant EMI/RFI reduction. Four D-sub sizes available - DB9, DB15, DB25 and DB37. Also available in kit form that contains 1 of each; part number DGFC100K.
