When I use the fiber configurator, I get items with a strange description like CA ST ST 50DX OFR OR 040 F. What does it mean?

The L-com online custom cable configurators will make cryptic looking descriptions. Here's what the fiber cable breakdown means:

CA = Cable Assembly
ST = Connector 1 Type
ST = Connector 2 Type
50 = 50/125 Bulk Cable Type
DX = Duplex Bulk Cable Type
OFR = Riser Cable Type
OR = Orange Color
040 = Length 40
