a. Every call is to be answered within 30 seconds.
b. Every e-mail or fax is to be responded to the same day or sooner with an update on progress or the outcome of the request.
PROACTIVE - We will inform our customer of any issues prior to them becoming problems. We will anticipate our customer's needs and help them.
THANKFUL - We will end every conversation we have with the customer using "Thank You".
COMMITTED - We will be accurate with our commitments with the customer. Once a promise is made, it is every employee's responsibility to meet it.
ATTITUDE - We will keep a positive attitude about our company and ourselves. We will never say no to the customer; instead we will offer alternatives. We will give 110% and do everything we can to make each experience with us a satisfying one.
