What are these Cable Tie Bars made of?

I have materials responsibilities for use of these items in our designs. Can you identify what the lacer bars are made of, and what they are plated and finished with? These are the part types: LBP-1R LBP-1A LBP-1R05 LBP-1R4 These bars you asked about are made of steel. They have a powdered coat finish.
