NORTH ANDOVER, MA, -- 1/20/10 – L-com Global Connectivity, a leading manufacturer of both wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today the addition of double-shielded extreme high flex Industrial Ethernet patch cords to their product offering. These new patch cords feature:

  • Braid and foil shield to maximize protection against EMI and RFI
  • Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jackets to prevent the release of toxic gasses should the cable catch on fire
  • PUR jacket to resist oil and other contaminants, preventing cable jacket break down in industrial environments
  • Hi-Flex design which supports use in continuous movement applications

In addition to these new high flex Industrial Ethernet cables, L-com carries a host of industrial rated products including Industrial Ethernet Switches, PLCs and more.
